RoofProof Reports is owned by Seldon Strategies.
Local-first data
RoofProof Reports stores inspection details, client names, property addresses, inspector and company profile details, report disclaimers, signatures, findings, notes, recommendations, severity, priority, photos, photo markup, captions, annotation notes, timestamps, and optional GPS metadata locally on the user's device unless the user chooses to export or share them.
No account required
Version 1 does not require an account, cloud sync, team login, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash reporting SDK, or third-party tracking SDK.
Camera, photos, signatures, and location
The app may request camera and photo library access when users choose to attach field photos. Users may optionally capture a signature for report output. Location metadata is optional and is stored locally if entered or attached by the user.
Purchases
The app may use Apple StoreKit to load products, process purchases, manage subscriptions, and restore purchases. StoreKit transactions are handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policies. Seldon Strategies does not receive full payment card details.
User-directed sharing
If users export a PDF report or local data file, they control where that file is sent through the iOS share sheet. Shared files may be handled by the selected destination app or service.
Data deletion
Users can delete inspections in the app or delete all local app data from Settings. Deleting the app also removes locally stored app data from the device.
